Last night I was tired so I just made my self some sandwiches, I was impress about this sandwich is actually not bad. The sandwich is very easy to make is like 1 2 3 and done. I would love to share it with you’ll. Here are the ingredients.

· 4 slices(1/2 ounce each) cheddar cheese

· 4 oval slice sourdough or challah (egg) bread

· ½ pound deli tuna salad

· ¼ cup milk

· 1 egg, beaten

· 2 tablespoon butter

1. Place 1 slice cheese on each of 2 bread slices. Spread tuna salad evenly over 2 slices of cheese. Top each with remaining cheese and bread slices.

2. Combine milk and egg in a shallow bowl; stir until well blended. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, turning to coat well.

3. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches; cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melt and sandwiches are golden brown.

(Make 2 servings)

Prep and cook time: 20mins.
Serving Suggestion: serve it with chilled fruit salad

These sandwiches can be served during lunch or snack; I was just tired so I try one.
